What are your delivery options and lead times?
We offer professional white-glove delivery across the region. In-stock items typically arrive within 5-10 business days, while custom-made or pre-order pieces may take 8-12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture pieces?
Yes, our expert delivery team provides full assembly and installation services for an additional fee. They will also remove all packaging materials to ensure your space is ready to enjoy immediately.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 7-day return period for standard stock items in original condition, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom-made, upholstered, or clearance items cannot be returned for change of mind.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Every Adriatic Furniture piece comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Many of our premium sofas and mattresses include extended warranties of up to 10 years.
Can I request a fabric or leather swatch before ordering?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of texture and color; you can request up to three complimentary swatches through our website or visit any showroom to view our full range of finishes.
